At Elite Renovations Plus, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and are committed to delivering exceptional service to every client. To provide peace of mind, we proudly offer a One (1) Year Limited Workmanship Warranty on eligible renovation and handyman services.

Warranty Coverage

Elite Renovations Plus warrants that all workmanship performed by our team will be free from defects resulting from improper installation or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of project completion.

If a workmanship-related defect arises during the warranty period, Elite Renovations Plus will inspect the issue and, if deemed covered under this warranty, repair or correct the defect at no additional labour cost to the customer.

Covered Services

This warranty may apply to services including, but not limited to:

  • Residential renovations

  • Bathroom renovations

  • Kitchen renovations

  • Basement renovations

  • Flooring installation

  • Drywall and painting

  • Trim and finish carpentry

  • Handyman services

  • Deck and fence installations

  • Electrical work performed by qualified personnel

  • Plumbing work performed by qualified personnel

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, or accidents

  • Acts of nature, including flooding, storms, or fire

  • Structural movement, settling, or shifting of the building

  • Damage resulting from work performed by others after project completion

  • Manufacturer defects or failures of materials, fixtures, or appliances (these are subject to the manufacturer's warranty)

  • Customer-supplied materials

  • Lack of routine maintenance

  • Changes or modifications made by the homeowner or third parties

Material Warranties

Materials, fixtures, and products installed by Elite Renovations Plus are covered solely by their respective manufacturer warranties, where applicable. Elite Renovations Plus will assist customers in locating manufacturer warranty information when available.

Making a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us with the following information:

  • Customer name

  • Project address

  • Date of project completion

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the affected area (if available)

Transfer ability

This warranty is provided exclusively to the original customer and is non-transferable unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
